3 Months Old

Stats: 13 lbs, 24 inches...and growing!

Today Peyton is 3 months old. Part of me wonders what took so long, but the other part is questioning where the time went. We are really getting the hang of this parenting thing. He is a good little boy and a lot of fun.

This week we've had to deal with our first cold, which isn't very much fun...but he's getting over it and will be healthier in the long run. The unfortunate part is that he is not able to take any medication, so all he gets is some saline drops, Tylenol, and a humidifier. That is all before we stick the snot sucker up his nose and pull out the boogers. It is no fun to be a kid!!

Peyton has been in daycare now for a little over a month. He is really getting the hang of it. He seems to be liking it and has many things to "say" when he gets home. I think it just gives him something else to do and other people to play with. It makes for the time we have with him at night and on the weekends very special...and very short.

I'm glad to be back at work. It has been crazy, but I am the type of mom that needs to be out working and away for the day. Too much at home time is BORING! Ryan is doing really well at his job. He is over 100% in sales so he is really growing his territory. He is very good at his job and it shows. I think it is very challenging, but he really likes it.

I guess that is all for now. I will try to add information each week to keep everyone posted as to what is going on with Peyton...there is always something.
