Sickly Crew

So the last few weeks have been tough for the Schonscheck family.

Peyton started it all with an ear infection two weeks ago. Exacctly a week later he came down with Pink Eye...which we thought were allergies. I took him to urgent care and found out it was truly pink eye. We started drops and no sooner did we go to bed, when my eye started itching and hurting. Well I ended up at the doctor's office with pink eye and leaving with the same drops. Ryan also started to get pink eye symptoms and began using the drops as well.

After pink eye, we all ended up with colds that hit Ryan first with a sinus infection. He's been on antibiotics for a few days, and just yesterday I ended up at the walgreens clinic getting medicine for my sinus infection.

We are all stuffy, runny, coughing, and generally miserable...but getting over it. Peyton of course is the first to recover. Although I'm sure he'll bring something else home with him...darn daycare! I just keep reminding myself that it is good he is building an immune system. But could he bring things home that I am already immune to, so I don't have to get sick also.

Hopefully by the weekend we will all be in a better place and able to enjoy the warm weather. No more sharing of germs in the Schonscheck household!
