New Baby Schonscheck

If you have not heard, which I'm not sure who hasn't :), we are expecting another baby in August 2010. Right now I am just shy of 8 weeks and feeling very tired. Not as sick as with Peyton, but absolutely exhausted. By 8pm, I have to get ready for bed. Chasing a toddler isn't helping either. He gets into EVERYTHING and is always going. I am still trying to find the off and mute buttons, but no luck.

So far everything is going well. We went for an ultrasound at 6 1/2 weeks and got to see what will be the baby. It was only 3/4 of a cm...yeah, a cm. Think pencil eraser. It already had a heartbeat and it was beating at about 126bpm. On the slow side, but to be fair, it's heart just started beating. We go back to the doctor at about 11 weeks for another appointment...keep your fingers crossed that all is well.

We will be finding out what we are having...hoping for a girl. I would love to have a little girl to dress up and do girl things with. However, I can already do boy, so I would be okay with another Peyton. I would just be outnumbered with testosterone. :) As long as it is healthy, I will be happy. We should find out what it is around the end of February, beginning of March.

Being my second, my clothes are already getting a little tight and I am not at all ashamed to pull out the maternity clothes I saved. Comfort is key this time.

I will try to take pictures each week to post up here for people to see. I am not going to start now though, because it doesn't look like anything yet. Its all just bloating right now. I'll give it a few weeks and start then.
