2 month check-up

Connor had his 2 month check up on Monday and passed with flying colors. :)

He is 11 1/2 pounds and 22 1/2 inches. He is right at the 50th percentile in both areas. Since he started at less than 20th percentile when he was born I'll take the average for sure. He is doing very well. Growing like a weed.

Unfortunately, he is a sickly boy right now. He is fighting his dad and brother's colds they shared, he has a nasty case of thrush that is finally going away, and had his first set of shots. Let's just say yesterday was not a good day for him. Luckily, I was not the one to watch him. :)

He has started smiling a lot and making lots of noises. He loves to watch his brother run around and will stare at the tv for hours...well not hours, maybe minutes, but it is a start.

Grandma Gorman is here watching him for the next four weeks until he can go to daycare. The daycare that Peyton goes to doesn't take infants until they are 12 weeks. Normally, I would be annoyed, but they are a great school and my mom was able to help out. We're only on day two, so all is well so far.

He is definitely not his brother. He is way more particular and wants things his way. Peyton is a laid back sort of kid...Connor is like his mother. He is a great baby and mostly happy, but he has a strong personality!
